Cartwright & Butler sells luxury food hampers and gift sets packed with indulgent goodies including classic teas, biscuits and teatime treats.
Cartwright & Butler wanted a new website to improve the user-experience (UX). It wanted to offer a personalised hamper journey, with the ability for customers to deliver hampers to multiple addresses.
Solution
The old website was built on Magento 1.9 which was coming to end of life, so we created a new, bespoke site using Laravel and Drupal. We integrated Netsuite and Waerlinks, linking up the website and warehouse inventory to keep track of orders and stock.
Once the new site was up and running, the digital marketing team hit the ground running with content and paid campaigns and turned around some cracking results.

We delivered a bespoke website that receives regular compliments for its aesthetic and functionality in reviews, and Cartwright & Butler can build the future of its brand with a flexible site that meets industry demands.
