Challenge
Garden supplies and animal feed brand Feeds & Seeds wanted to reduce reliance on PPC and Amazon advertising for acquiring new customers. These channels were highly competitive and the costs of competing made it difficult to grow the business quickly.

Solution
We worked with the team to design a new product specifically for acquiring new customers using paid social media channels. Ads were run across Facebook and Instagram and different ad types and audiences were tested.

Results
We scaled spend by 900% and achieved a ROAS of 2.76, enabling Feeds & Seeds to grow quickly and achieve revenue targets for the new taster pack launch including acquiring over 750 new customers.
