The Challenge

Feeds&Seeds is a new garden supplies and animal feed brand. They were looking to reduce their reliance on PPC and Amazon Advertising to acquire new customers. These channels were highly competitive and the costs of competing made it difficult to grow the business quickly.

Reckless worked with the team at Feeds&Seeds to design a new product specifically designed to acquire new customers using Paid Social Media channels. Ads were run across Facebook and Instagram and different ad types and audiences were tested.

The Results

By taking this approach we were able to scale up F&S spend by 900% whilst achieved a ROAS of 2.76. Allowing them to grow quickly achieve their revenue targets for the new taster pack launch, including over 750 new customers.
